Pickup Guidelines

  • Pack it in fewer, fuller boxes or bags — around banker box size.
  • One-person lift, 50 lbs max. (we want to keep our backs good!)
  • We take the containers with us, so don't use bins you want returned.
  • Put your books & media out by 8am.
  • We have a 8am–8pm pickup window — no need to wait around!
  • Weather — if rain is expected, keep boxes covered or in a dry spot.
  • Don't include any items moldy or damaged beyond use.
